Monday night Arrow fans said goodbye to not only Felicity but OTA as well. We knew going in that Emily Bett Rickards would be playing her last scenes of the character we’ve fallen in love with over the last seven seasons. This also meant that the original team that made the show a hit, would be parting ways, as well. It’s definitely the end of an era and fans had a lot to say about it, and they also shed a lot of tears.
I’m not sure there was a dry eye during the last 15 minutes of the episode. Emily and Stephen Amell did their best work to date, giving the beloved couple Olicity the farewell they deserved.
The writers gave Felicity the best send of they possibly could, and OTA got a couple of great final moments too. It’s hard to believe that Arrow can continue without these three working together to save their city, but that is where we are left.
