Barry, Iris and the team try to bring the forces together before the Speed Force attacks.
Spoilers below
Alexa Rivera / Fuerza (Sara Garcia) is alive, but she has no idea how to control her powers and little time to figure it out. Barry (Grant Gustin) pushes her to train but quickly learns when Cisco (Carlos Valdes) is thrown through the glass that this is not the way to help her.

Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) has another idea. She gives Alexa the device she used to speak to Frost when they shared a body.
A lot is going on, but it would be nice to know what’s next for Caitlin. Now that Frost is gone, what will the writers do with her character?
Caitlin had the right idea because Alexa was able to talk to Fuerza when she and Barry went after Bashir Malik / Psych (Ennis Esmer). She was also able to use her past with addiction to help talk Bashir down. Thanks to Iris’s killer reporter work discovering that he had not only been adopted, but his adoptive parents were fleeing the country when they died because they were in debt. It’s no wonder he was lashing out at his rich friends, even though they did try to help him.
It was quite funny when Barry and Alexa got back to Star Labs with Bishir. Everyone had gotten their weapon of choice since there wasn’t one but two powerful metas entering the building. Bishir wasn’t phased by it all, as he was making one snarky comment after another. Then Fuerza and Psych had a little bit of a stand-off before Barry got them to calm down.
It made you think, well, this will be fun. But Bishir didn’t have long to get acquainted with everyone because the Speed Force (Michelle Harrison) showed up with Deon Owens / Still Force (Christian Magby). Deon snapped his fingers, and The Flash was at a standstill while the Speed Force used her powers to knock out Iris (Candice Patton), Alexa and Bishir. It’s unclear what their conditions are. But the look on Barry’s face said it all. Not only wasn’t he able to keep his forces safe, but he also wasn’t able to protect Iris.

The most interesting part of this episode wasn’t the A storyline. It was Joe’s (Jesse L. Martin) story and Cisco’s conversation with Kamilla (Victoria Park). He talked about being afraid of being the last one standing at Star Labs as his friends all moved on. He’s now going to be the first one to make the next step. What does Cisco do next? He’s been saving Central City and the world for years now. What would be the next career move?
I’m glad the writers are taking time with his exit. He’s been a fan favorite and his departure has to be done just right.
Joe’s storyline was shocking because it ended with him giving up his badge and gun to be on the right side of the line.
Kristen Kramer (Carmen Moore) ordered a gun with bullets filled with the metahuman cure. She will really stop at nothing to take away criminal meta human’s power. This makes me very nervous. Barry is out there fighting these metas. What if they accidentally shoot him?
She also wants to speak to Barry about why so many metas go missing while in police custody. She’s way too stubborn for her own good. This can’t end well.
