While last week’s “Agents of SHIELD” featured a big battle between SHIELD and Inhumans, a closer look shows that every important decision was done out of love. This is my take on it.
The final battle between the Inhumans and SHIELD puts Skye in the middle, wondering which side she should take. Meanwhile, Ward and Kara have a job to do.
SHIELD finally meets the Inhumans at Afterlife, but they don’t trust each other. It will lead to a fateful meeting, with a regrettable consequence.
Coulson meets with Gonzales about a plan to attack a HYDRA base to save Lincoln and Mike Peterson. It also means trusting Ward a little longer.
Fitz is happy to be reunited with Coulson and Mike Peterson, until he finds out Ward is helping them (maybe) to keep HYDRA from getting powered people. Also, Skye hopes for a new start with her father.
Enjoy this cute, light episode, because next week’s previews make it clear things are about to get serious again!
A mutiny is developing within SHIELD, as a rival thinks Coulson can’t be trusted to run the group. Meanwhile, Skye is sent to a secret hideaway, and Ward and Agent 33 are back to cause serious trouble.
